Project for the Telemedicine Industry
We developed a comprehensive platform for a client operating an online telemedicine service that sells medical products and provides remote consultations.
The platform enables:
- selling medical products and diagnostic packages,
- conducting remote medical tests – patients receive a sample collection kit, collect the sample themselves, and send it back to the laboratory,
- automatic retrieval of test results via API and assigning them to the patient's account,
- booking and conducting online consultations with doctors,
- doctors to manage their own calendars and schedules,
- doctors to assign diagnostic tests to patients through the portal.
Due to the sensitive nature of the data, the platform includes a robust role-based access control system.
The portal also features a knowledge base, which can be fully managed and edited by the site administrator.
