Roller Blinds Configurator Module for PrestaShop
The project involved developing an advanced module for PrestaShop that functions as a roller blinds configurator. The module allows users to fully customize and purchase a product by selecting nearly every parameter of the blind, including:
- type of blind,
- box type,
- layout,
- dimensions,
- slat type,
- colors of individual components,
- mosquito net option,
- shape size,
- drive type.
The configurator includes numerous dependencies and interrelated options, making it highly flexible. The admin panel allows for:
- editing parameter lists, colors, and features,
- defining dependencies between options,
- configuring the pricing algorithm.
The module enables adding configured products to the shopping cart and placing orders alongside catalog products.
It is designed to be quickly and easily integrated into any PrestaShop installation.
As a result of implementing this solution, the client significantly improved the order placement process, which led to a noticeable increase in sales.
